First-Class Dog Boarding at Our Goodrich, MI, Facility
Spending time away from your dogs can be hard, but knowing they’re in good hands can make it much easier for you. At Ugly Dog Daycare & Training, that’s exactly what we aim to do. Our 13,000-square-foot dog boarding and training facility in Goodrich, Michigan, is designed to keep your pets happy and engaged for the entire time they’re here with us. We look after dogs from all over Genesee and Oakland counties and will be happy to give your dog the best possible boarding experience!

Our facility features 176 suites with cots and blankets, all of which are designed to prevent cross-contamination using features like antimicrobial paint, individual drainage systems and HEPA air exchange units that filtrate the air every 15 minutes to aid in pet health.

We’ll make sure your dogs will have plenty of time to play and socialize during their stay with us. Plus, if you’re using our boarding service, we can also train your dog if you wish.

Our Acceptance
We’re happy to accept dogs that have not been spayed or neutered! Just make sure they’ve had their vaccinations for rabies, distemper, and Bordetella.

Though your dogs won’t spend much time in their suites, they’ll be comfortable, happy, and healthy—all of our suites are designed to control contamination.
Lodging (Overnight Boarding): $55 PER DOG PER DAY
Booking Boarding for Your Dogs
Before contacting Ugly Dog about our dog boarding service, here are a few things to keep in mind:
- We require all dogs boarding with us to have been vaccinated for Bordetella, Distemper, Rabies. A stool sample also needs to be tested negative (Fecal).
- We accommodate dogs that have not been spayed or neutered.
- Pick-up and drop-off times are available every day from 7am to 6pm.
- Client is automatically charged for the date of drop-off no matter what time dog(s) arrive. Ugly Dog is just like a HUMAN HOTEL. If you check-out your dog(s) before 11:00am, that results in no charge for that day.
- While we keep dog food on site, we prefer you to bring the food you’d normally give your dogs to avoid potential digestive issues. There is an upcharge if you wish us to serve our in-house food rather than your own.
- Ugly Dog is all inclusive - please do not bring blankets, beds, or toys from home as these are provided and sanitized daily.
- We offer a 10% Military Discount as well as 10% Multi-Pet Discount when bringing three or more dogs to stay. Ask us about our loyalty punch cards!
